The Human Resources Department is divided into two departments under the direct supervision of the Human Resources Director (HRD). Each department is headed by a manager plus a support unit.

Currently the Directorate is coordinated by an Administrative and Human Resources Director (HRD). She is assisted by two Human Resources Officers, one in charge of Administration and the other of Payroll. They are each assisted by assistants.
